Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. In our work together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and challenges that may be keeping you stuck while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and connection to yourself.
Sessions may incorporate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation, and other evidence-based approaches depending on your needs.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length. For clients seeking deeper exploration, intensive work, or support during significant life transitions, 90-minute sessions may be available when scheduled in advance.
Mental Health Treatment Approaches
Treatment curated to meet you where you're at and to help you find your peace.
Groups
I periodically offer virtual therapy groups for adults seeking support, connection, and personal growth in a collaborative environment. Past group topics have included dating and relationships, building healthy boundaries, emotional wellness, self-esteem, nervous system regulation, and learning how to celebrate personal successes.
Groups are held during evenings or weekends and are closed to new members once they begin to foster trust, confidentiality, and a strong therapeutic foundation. Group therapy can be a powerful complement to individual therapy, offering opportunities to gain new perspectives, practice relational skills, reduce isolation, and connect with others navigating similar life challenges.

Current and upcoming group offerings are announced throughout the year through my website, email communications, and social media channels.
Identity Integration Proticol
The Identity Integration Protocol (IIP) is a specialized coaching and personal development program, created by Jessica Daniel, LCSW-C, designed for individuals navigating significant life, identity, or physical transformations. Unlike traditional therapy, which often focuses on healing, symptom reduction, and emotional processing, IIP is a structured, future-focused experience that helps participants intentionally bridge the gap between who they have been and who they are becoming.
This program is especially beneficial for individuals navigating career transitions, burnout recovery, relationship changes, major life decisions, or significant physical transformations, including those using GLP-1 medications or other weight-loss interventions. As the body changes, identity, confidence, relationships, and self-perception often change as well.

Through guided reflection, values exploration, nervous system regulation, and practical implementation strategies, participants gain clarity, confidence, and alignment as they step into the next chapter of their lives.

Because IIP is a specialized coaching program, pricing and structure differ from traditional therapy services. Contact me to learn more about current offerings and availability.
