I know what it's like to be the person who appears to have everything together while quietly carrying anxiety, grief, uncertainty, and emotional pain beneath the surface.

I've experienced my own dark nights of the soul, not the poetic version, but the kind that challenges your identity, your nervous system, your relationships, and your understanding of who you are.

Those experiences deepened my capacity to sit with complexity, uncertainty, and the messy middle of transformation.

If we're a good fit, I'll meet you with honesty, compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping you reconnect with yourself.

My Approach
As a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of experience, I provide trauma-informed, nature-informed therapy that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

I believe symptoms are often messengers, not failures. Anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection don't appear randomly. They often develop as intelligent adaptations to life experiences, relationships, expectations, and survival strategies that once served a purpose.

Rather than focusing on fixing you, our work focuses on understanding you.

Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck while helping you reconnect with your values, needs, authenticity, and inner wisdom.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness interventions, somatic awareness, and Nature-Informed Therapy (NIT).

My Philosophy
I believe healing is the process of finding your truth and coming home to yourself
Lasting change happens when insight is felt, integrated, and embodied
Through the nervous system, the body, and your connection to the world around you
This is where peace becomes something you live, not just reach for
