I'm Jess Daniel, LCSW-C
Clinical social worker
I know what it’s like to be the person who looks like they have it together while quietly carrying anxiety, heaviness, and the kind of emotional pain that doesn’t always have neat words. I’ve had my own dark nights of the soul. Not the poetic kind, the real kind. The kind that changes your nervous system, your worldview, and what you’re willing to tolerate in your own life.
Because I’ve been there, I’m not afraid to go there with you.
Over the last decade as a clinical social worker, I’ve sat with grief, trauma, shame, burnout, and the invisible pressure of being “the strong one.” I’ve witnessed what happens when people are pathologized instead of understood, and what becomes possible when someone is finally met with steadiness, honesty, and care.
My work is grounded, trauma-informed, and deeply human. I bring warmth, yes, and I also bring truth. I’ll hold space for your tenderness, and I’ll ask the questions that help you stop abandoning yourself. This is not therapy where I’m trying to fix you. It’s therapy where you start revealing who you actually are underneath survival mode.
I have a deep capacity to stay present. Nothing about your internal world scares me away. Not your intensity, not your ambivalence, not your messy middle. If we’re aligned, I’m in it with you.
Outside of therapy, nature is my sanctuary, and the gym is my happy place. I meditate regularly, practice yoga, and do my best to live in a way that supports my mind, body, and spirit, with room for being human. I’m in a season of saying yes to more adventure, expanding my capacity for vulnerability, and letting life surprise me. I’m genuinely excited to see how this experience unfolds, and I love supporting clients as they learn to trust themselves enough to do the same.
If you’re looking for a therapist who can hold depth, honor your complexity, and walk with you toward a more truthful, peaceful way of living, you may be in the right place.

My Approach
Working together goes beyond just talking
We’ll slow down, get curious about your inner world, and bring awareness into your body through movement, nervous system work, and nature
Over time, you’ll begin to feel more connected to your truth and more at home within yourself

My Philosophy
I believe healing is the process of finding your truth and coming home to yourself
Lasting change happens when insight is felt, integrated, and embodied
Through the nervous system, the body, and your connection to the world around you
This is where peace becomes something you live, not just reach for
