You’re ambitious, deeply self-aware, and still find yourself stuck in cycles of burnout, overthinking, and emotional exhaustion.
You’ve outgrown old ways of living, but something keeps pulling you back - patterns rooted in fear, pressure, and generational conditioning that taught you to overextend, stay small, or prioritize others over yourself.
You feel the pull toward something more. A life that feels expansive, aligned, and fully yours. But trusting yourself to actually move toward it can feel uncertain, like you’re stepping into the unknown without a clear map.

Nature Informed Therapy
If you feel most like yourself in nature, this work meets you there. Together, we slow down, listen, and allow the natural world to support your regulation, clarity, and healing. These sessions invite you back into your body and into a more grounded, intuitive way of being.
Anxiety & Stress Support
Your system has been holding a lot for a long time. We gently uncover the protective patterns beneath the anxiety while building your capacity to feel steady, supported, and present in your life. This work helps you move from constant activation into a deeper sense of trust and internal safety.
Depression Support
